Stories
In La Leche League, your story matters more than you might realise. When you share your own breastfeeding journey — the ups, the doubts, the quiet victories — you’re giving someone else the courage to keep going. Maybe she’s a new mum feeling unsure or overwhelmed, and hearing your experience helps her feel seen and less alone. Your honesty can bring comfort, encouragement, and a sense of hope. And when others share their stories with you, it reminds you that you're part of something bigger — the global LLL community, parents learning from and supporting each other.
We want to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has shared their story for our website.
If you feel inspired to tell your own story, we warmly encourage you to send it in for our member publication _Breastfeeding Matters_, or come along to a meeting and share in person. Your story could be exactly what someone else needs to hear.
To share your story for _Breastfeeding Matters_, email editor@laleche.org.uk, or use this form: bit.ly/lllgb-newsletter
