LLL West Kent (Chatham Meetings)

WE EXTEND A WARM WELCOME to all women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or aiming to supply their milk or donor milk to their baby. You are welcome whatever age or stage you are. Come to ask questions, share your experiences, or just connect with other breastfeeding mums.

Meetings include themed discussions covering a range of topics from pre-natal to weaning, and to loving guidance, and more widely mothering through breastfeeding.

You don’t have to have a problem to attend. There will always be an opportunity to raise any burning issue you may have and hear suggestions and insights from other experienced mums, together with input from our accredited breastfeeding counsellors.

You can expect encouragement, support and sharing of experience from other LLL mums so you know you are not alone but in good company as you mother through breastfeeding.

In person meetings currently being held at Chatham Library, Dock Road, Chatham, Kent, ME4 4TX.

Meetings are held in the gated children’s section of the library, every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month 10-12pm. Light refreshments are available

Children are always very welcome at meetings. If you are bringing an older child with you, please bring an activity for them or encourage them to explore the books at the library.

Served by the Chatham Waterfront bus station (1 minute) and a short walk from Chatham train station. An adjoining pay car park is also available.
