Local concerns
If you feel comfortable doing so, we encourage you to raise concerns directly with the Leader or local group involved, as many issues can be resolved quickly and informally. If you do not feel able to do this, or if the issue is not resolved, please use our national feedback process below.
National concerns

We aim to acknowledge feedback promptly and respond within 21 days wherever possible. Concerns will be referred to the appropriate person within LLLGB and monitored to ensure they are addressed fairly and appropriately. If you remain dissatisfied, you may request that the matter be reviewed by the Council of Directors.

If your concern relates to how LLLGB has handled your personal information, you may contact our Data Privacy Manager at operationsmanager@laleche.org.uk or use the form below. Please include contact details if you would like a response.
