If you require a family room for you and your carer, support person or disabled dependant child, please contact cod@laleche.org.uk before booking – carers of disabled delegates are welcome to the event.
If you require an overnight space for a non Leader over the age of 16 accompanying a delegate for any other reason, please contact us to discuss this.
If you have purchased your Day ticket, and have a child who cannot be left elsewhere joining you, please purchase their ticket here. If they do not require meals, please purchase a free ticket anyway, to allow us to keep up to date with our number of attendees, as we only have a set number of spaces in the venue. If they would like a free toddler lunch, please select that option. If they would like the standard lunch, please select that option.

If they will co sleep with you in a bottom bunk in a shared room, please select that option and specify whether they require no meals, toddler meals, or standard meals. This includes Friday dinner, and Saturday breakfast and lunch.
If they will sleep in a cot beside you in a shared room, please select that option and specify whether they require no meals, toddler meals, or standard meals. This includes Friday dinner, and Saturday breakfast and lunch.
If they require a bunk bed in a shared room, please select that option and specify whether they require no meals, toddler meals, or standard meals. This includes Friday dinner, and Saturday breakfast and lunch.
If you would like to stay on Saturday night, that ticket also includes Saturday evening dinner and Sunday breakfast. These are available at a cost of £53 for over 16s and £50 for under 16s. Please book those tickets here.
Please note that extra night tickets, and accompanying child tickets at a cost are not reclaimable from group expenses as per our expenses policy, unless prior agreement in writing has been made by the Finance Director. If you are unsure whether your accompanying child / adult support person can be funded with LLL money, please contact fd@laleche.org.uk to ask before buying.
