Our regular group meetings are the first Friday of the month, 2-3pm on zoom (please email [email protected] for joining details), and the 3rd Saturday of every month, 10am – 12 noon at 8 Brook Close, Belper DE56 1SY.
We also hold toddler meetings several times a year. Please contact us to find out when the next one is planned.
A few things to note:
1) Transport – Parking on Brooke Close is not great, but you can park on Gibfield Lane and walk through the alley onto Leighton Way, then Brooke Close. You can also park at Morrison’s (4 minute walk away), for 2 hours – please check the T&Cs carefully. There are bus stops 2 minutes walk away on the A6.
2) Older children are very welcome
3) The kitchen and living room (where we will sit) are on the first floor. If you require assistance getting up stairs, please let me know.
4) We will provide tea, coffee and a snackette or two.
5) Please take your dirty nappies home with you.
6) We will have our library of breastfeeding and parenting books for you to peruse and borrow titles for free. Please return them for others to read
Bumps, babies and older children are all welcome.
Meetings are free to attend but we are grateful for all donations received, which helps keep us abreast of current, accurate information, support our volunteers and help more mothers.
