Our podcast is now in its second season. It provides easy-to-digest information about a wide range of breastfeeding topics.
LLL leaders, guests, mothers and parents offer a scrumptious buffet, where you can pick the treats that work for you and your family and leave the rest. The podcast talks about challenges you might face, the joys, and everything in between!
Our hosts, Maria Yasnova and Sarah Fletcher are volunteer breastfeeding counsellors with LLLGB. Maria and Sarah both lead breastfeeding support meetings locally and provide one-to-one support to anyone wanting to feed their child their milk – however that looks for them.
Since the podcast started Sarah and Maria have interviewed various guests and explored a variety of topics. Episodes are available on Spotify and Apple.
