We need your feedback to let us know when we’re doing this well – so we can do more of it, and when we fall short – so we can make our services better.
If your feedback relates to your local LLLGB group
In the first instance, please speak to the Leader (LLLGB breastfeeding counsellor) you have already had contact with, or with one of the other Leaders in your local group. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, or if you feel unable to raise the issue in person, please use our national feedback procedure as outlined below.
If your feedback relates to our national services (for example our helpline or website), or you wish to raise an issue relating to your local group
Please contact comments@laleche.org.uk. A trustee will then be tasked with acknowledging your email and passing your feedback to the relevant director. This trustee will monitor the progress of your feedback and check that you have received a satisfactory response within 21 days. If you are not satisfied with this response, you can then request the issue be reviewed by our Council of Directors with a final response from our Chair. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact our parent organisation, La Leche League International on info@llli.org who will investigate the matter further. We will log all feedback received to monitor our services and to improve the ways in which we work.
